There are several routes to take and for the hard-core fitness junkies there is the addition of plenty of mud holes and deep water wading into the icy Scottish waters enough to test even the hardened fitness fanatics.
If you’re a complete novice don’t worry we have a soft core version which keeps you safely planted on the ground yet gives you a taster of the course and it is still hugely beneficial as the calorie burn is still high.
The assault course is perfect for boot camp classes and can be hired out for your party or group plus we can add on a shooting range, Archery session or even a short game of paintball to give you and your group variation for the day.

Important information:
Wear clothes and shoes that are comfortable, that you don't mind getting completely caked in mud. A change of clothes and towel will be necessary.
